Botox (and other neuromodulators like Xeomin) can be used in various areas to relax muscles. Common treatment areas include:

  • Forehead lines (horizontal lines from raising eyebrows)
  • "11s" (frown lines between the eyebrows)
  • Crow’s feet (lines at the outer corners of the eyes)
  • Bunny lines (wrinkles on the nose)
  • Lip flip (soft lift of the upper lip)
  • Jawline slimming (masseter muscle)
  • Neck bands (platysmal bands for a smoother neck)
  • Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating, especially underarms)
  • TMJ
  • Chronic migraines
  • Cat eye lift
  • Under eye 

Tox injections work by relaxing the upper lip muscles and limiting the upper lip's rise when smiling, which helps the lips keep the gum tissue covered.

The jelly roll refers to the under-eye area that tends to "bunch up" when smiling. The jelly roll can easily be treated with 1-2 units of Tox to relax the muscle.
